Purdafash is a participatory news network which allows common people to upload videos, pictures and text highlighting the problems that they have faced.
It also enables people to view these stories, comment about them and reach out to the contributors in case they feel that they can help.
In addition to an array of Citizen Journalists, Purdafash also partners with freelance journalists to uncover the problems that people face but are not so comfortable telling us about. These are problems which either require a professional to capture or are so huge that amateurs get overwhelmed.
